My latest Zazzle venture is a store with an Edgar Allan Poe theme.
It’s a lot of fun for me to make these designs. I always liked Poe, but I really fell in love with him in college.
Anyway, the store itself, like all my Zazzle stores, features t-shirts, mugs, keychains, cell phone cases, and all manner of gifts, from journals to toothbrush holders.

And since I’m not the only bibliophile in the world, this is the newest sentiment that I’ve added to one of my Zazzle stores.

Of course, there are also t-shirts, coffee mugs, cell phone cases, and the like, all decorated with this saying. Heck, you can find everything from pendant lamps to pacifiers in this design.

Today, I discovered custom chocolate bars.
That’s right: make your own Belgian chocolate bars by mixing and matching 3 types of chocolate and over 100 toppings.
I believe that “Sweet!” would be an appropriate response to this. {Pun fully intended.}
Anywho, the combinations are endless, which I love.
You can add up to 5 toppings to make “recipes,” like Peanut Butter Jelly Time Chocolate Bar which includes a milk chocolate base and toppings of dried strawberries, butter toasted peanuts, peanut butter drops, and gushers.
Heck, you can even go the extra mile and add a “Congratulations” plaque and a candle.
Some of the ingredients which most intrigue my taste buds include:
Diced Ginger
Himalayan Sea salt
Pumpkin Spice
Dried Raspberries
Nerds
Sour Patch Kids
Cookie Dough
Pop Rocks
23 Karat Gold Flakes

And I mean, seriously, does anyone really NOT know someone who wouldn’t want a pumpkin spice chocolate bar?
I’m thinking that I’d love to try the dark chocolate base topped with violet petals and gold flakes.

This Santa-inspired personalized Christmas photo ornament has long been one of my favorites. I created a couple of different ones for my Zazzle stores (like this and this), but this one pictured here is the most popular.
The reason I’m posting about it today is because I’m excited that people have been saying such great things about it!

I created it from a photo I took a couple of years ago of a heart I drew in the sand of the shore of one of my favorite beaches.

Today I had my first sale in my newest Zazzle store! Woohoo! :)
The “Beautiful Adventures” store was created in an attempt to inspire people to love this beautiful planet and crazy existence as much as I do. But sometimes that can be a challenge. I know.
So the first design for this new store was the phrase “Choose Happy” over some bright, blooming flowers:
Sometimes we need this reminder. To choose happiness, even if you are surrounded by terrible things at the moment, because life if beautiful.
Well, at least, sometimes I need this reminder.
Anyway, I found it inspiring that the first sale was also the first design I created for the store. This sale of “Choose Happy” was on a tile that’s available either as a 6″x6″ or 4.25″x4.25″ ceramic tile. It can be used as decoration or as a trivet the way it is, but it’s also available with a wooden frame or placed into a jewelry box. So it’s pretty versatile. You can read more about it here.

I just love this poster.
“Long Live Adventure.” Makes me want to shout “Amen!”
Never let adventure die. Never let it dwindle. Never give up the dream.
I also love it because the poster is available in almost any size. It’s preset to 16×20 inches, but can be made as big as 40×50 inches or as small as 6×4 inches. Which makes it versatile. You could get a large one for your living room (or dorm room) wall, or a small one to put in a little frame on your desk. Where ever you could use some positive inspiration.
And I don’t know about you, but right now a little positive inspiration goes a long way in reminding me that this is a beautiful, wonderful earth, full of adventure and life – one that we should never, ever stop exploring.
